1. Eligibility
1.1. Competitions hosted on Dinuma.lk are open exclusively to residents of Sri Lanka.
1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
1.3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Software Company Private Limited are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. Each competition may require participants to answer a question or complete a specific task. Your answer must be submitted during the entry process.
2.2. All entries are subject to the terms outlined for each specific competition.
2.3. Entries made via the free postal entry route must include the following information:
- Name of the competition
- Answer to the competition question
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Username of your Dinuma.lk account
2.4. Postal entries must be received by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the competition to be eligible. Postal entries will be treated as equivalent to one ticket.
2.5. The number of postal entries allowed per participant is subject to the same limits as tickets purchased through the platform.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1. Participants may purchase tickets for competitions through our platform using the PayHere payment gateway.
3.2. Payments (paid tickets) are to facilitate smoother, efficient, and instant access to gameplay, while the free entry route also exists.
3.3. In the event a competition is canceled, the paid fees will be refunded in the form of vouchers redeemable on the platform for other competitions.
3.4. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for payment-related issues beyond our control.
4. Winner Selection and Prizes
4.1. Winners will be selected at random or as specified in the competition rules.
4.2. Prizes are as described on the competition page. No cash alternatives are provided unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during entry. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their details are accurate and up-to-date.
4.4. Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the winner notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture.
5. Free Entry Route
5.1. We offer a free entry route via postal mail for every competition hosted on Dinuma.lk.
5.2. Postal entries must comply with the requirements outlined in Section 2.3.
5.3. Free entries are limited to the same ticket caps as paid entries.
5.4. Participants using the free entry route are subject to the same terms and conditions as paid entries.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that participation remains fun and safe. We encourage participants to:
- Set personal limits on time and money spent on competitions.
- Participate for entertainment purposes only.
- Avoid excessive gameplay that may negatively impact personal or financial well-being.
6.2. If you feel that participation is becoming problematic, please seek assistance from professional support services or contact our support team for guidance.
6.3. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts if evidence of irresponsible behavior or addiction is identified.
7. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

- Use automated or fraudulent methods to participate.
- Share offensive or inappropriate content.
- Misrepresent their identity.
7.2. Any violation of these terms may result in disqualification and, where applicable, legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for:
- Errors or delays in the postal service affecting free entries.
- Technical issues preventing platform access.
- Loss or damage arising from participation in competitions.
8.2. Our total liability is limited to the value of the ticket(s) purchased.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. By participating, you agree to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9.2. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to facilitate competitions or comply with legal obligations.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
